Module Overview:

Module 2 – Tools for the Case Designer
This module of the Nailba Case Design Certificate coursework equips case designers with essential tools and best practices for their role. It categorizes these tools into five main types: illustration and quoting engines, field underwriting tools, presentation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and additional resources, highlighting their specific functions, benefits, and considerations. By understanding how to effectively utilize these tools, case designers can enhance their efficiency and accuracy in providing life insurance solutions.
